Mark S. Fryman Jr.

Mark often works with the class action and securities fraud teams for Starr Austen & Miller, LLP. He specializes in premises liability, construction site, truck and vehicle accidents; having the benefit of working these cases from both a Plaintiff and Defendant perspective. Mark has found the representation of both sides rewarding and the insights gained from each has been extremely valuable for his other clients.

Biography

Mark Fryman Jr. concentrates on class actions, truck accidents, construction site accidents and trustee misconduct.

Mark was born in Indianapolis, Indiana. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Wabash College in 2000 and from Indiana University School of Law, Indianapolis, with a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree in 2003. He has been admitted to the Indiana State, Northern Indiana and Southern Indiana Federal Districts since that time. Mark began his career serving both Marion and Cass Counties as a Felony Deputy Prosecutor from 2003 to 2007, completing thirty felony jury trials.

For the past four years, Mark has focused on civil litigation for Starr Austen & Miller, LLP. He is the Past President of the Cass County Bar Association and a member of the Indiana State Bar Association. Locally, Mark volunteered as Vice President of the Logansport Jaycees, Mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters and currently sits on the Board of the Cass County United Way.
